Lunchtime and After School Clubs

There are a number of clubs that run during lunchtimes and after school to enhance the curriculum and provide a safe and secure place for children to learn new skills.

Sports Clubs

There are a range of sports clubs available to Riverside pupils.

We had a very successful football team that competes in tournaments and are members of a local school league. To train our footballers of the future we have lunchtime and after school clubs, organised by Sophie. They are for pupils in Key Stage 1&2.

We have multi-sports training after school where you can learn to play tennis, netball or other team sports. They are for pupils in Key Stage 1&2. We hope to re-introduce Fitness Club as soon as we are able.

We often have external coaches come and work with us, including the staff from Millwall Football Club and Regans Sports.

Activity Clubs

Each term a number of clubs are organised and are led by our teachers. Look out for what is on offer this term.

Do you have to pay?

There is no fee for clubs that are run by the school. However, some external programmes do charge – this will be told to you before you sign up.

How do I register?

The teachers organising the clubs will let you know when they are available and you can sign up and register your interest. You may have to wait until it is your turn, but everyone will get a chance throughout the year.

Look out for when your club is going to start!
