Welcome back after the half term break. This week we have seen Years 3 and 4 visit the National History Museum. Hannah, Sarah and Jamie were very impressed with the children’s behaviour and the interesting questions the children asked in their workshops. Year 6 had a bike workshop in school which gave the children a well deserved break from preparing for their SATs tests!
Thank you to those who attended the SEND parents’ drop in meeting.
A group of Year 5 pupils in the Clippers class shared their amazing art work with Jill and Sophie. We were very proud and in awe of the skills displayed.
Well done to the class with the highest attendance of the week! The Gondolas have taken the title for this week! We’ll have to see how the Year 6 classes respond to relinquishing this title this week.
Building update: Groundwork is still taking place in both the site in the main playground which will house our new KS1 classroom block and the site near the car park which will house our new dining block. The wall that separates the main playground from the smaller playground has been removed allowing us a bigger, more open space for the children to play.
